EFC Executive Diploma in

Employment Relations 2020/21

 

This programme will be conducted from January 2020 –December 2020, with the dissertation to be completed by March 2021. The Registration Fee per participant for EFC Member Companies will be Rs.150,000/-, and Rs.200,000/- for non-members.

Please note that:

 

  • The above training dates are subject to change.
  • The EFC will be circulating a Quarterly calendar setting out the fees for the training programmes scheduled for the relevant quarter.

 

In addition to the scheduled programmes, the EFC conducts a series of company-based programmes, most of which are tailor-made to meet company-specific needs. Details are available in the EFC Training Brochure.

 

In keeping with the past practice, the EFC plans to conduct special training programmes, especially in collaboration with international agencies during the year. These will be brought to your attention before the scheduled date.

 

Nominations for EFC training programmes can be made when details of the respective programmes are circularized amongst EFC Members and others, approximately four weeks before the scheduled programme date. As places at our Certificate and Diploma Level training programmes tend to get taken up very fast, you may send us an expression of interest in relation to any of such programmes at the beginning of the year, and we will ensure that the Circulars are directly dispatched to any designated person. EFC Training Circulars will also be posted on the EFC website (www.employers.lk). If you wish your Company to be added on to our Training mailing list, please e.mail your contact details to the undersigned.
