Building Bridges: EFC Facilitates Four Key Collective Agreements in Q2 2025
The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) continues to play a pivotal role in promoting sound industrial relations and fostering collaborative partnerships between employers and trade unions. With EFC’s intervention four (4) collective agreements were successfully signed in the second quarter of 2025 as follows:

Collective Agreement signed on 03.04.2025
✅ Ceylon Cold Stores PLC and Sri Lanka Nidahas Sewaka Sangamaya:
Collective Agreement signed on 04.04.2025
✅ Associated Motorways (Private) Limited and Free Trade Zones & General Services Employees Union:
Collective Agreement signed on 09.05.2025
✅ Michelin Lanka (Private) Limited, Ceat OHT Lanka (Private) Limited and Inter Company Employees Union:
Memorandum of Understanding signed on 22.05.2025
