EFC Concludes Dynamic Two-Day Training on Competency-Based Training Needs Analysis.
The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) successfully wrapped up its two-day training program on Competency-Based Training Needs Analysis (TNA) at 5th & 6th August 2025 at the EFC Auditorium.
Organizational leaders, training managers, and HR specialists participated in the workshop to improve their skills in competence mapping and training needs analysis. Through very interactive workshops, participants learnt how to identify training gaps, create training programs that work, and match competency models with organizational frameworks.
Bringing a wealth of global expertise and insightful knowledge of competency-driven HR practices, Sri Vahlsan, Lead Consultant at Quantrics Asia in Malaysia, led the session.
All participants received certificates of participation at the successful conclusion of the two-day event, demonstrating EFC’s ongoing dedication to providing professionals and companies with valuable training opportunities.
