Anjali has been with the Federation since 2005 and has extensive experience in representing the member organisations of the EFC before various fora such as Labour Tribunals, Labour Department and Workmen’s Compensation Court.  In addition, she is involved in advising and training on labour law and industrial/employee relations. Anjali also represents the interests of the employers at tripartite fora such as the Wages Boards.

Anjali was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2000 and she started her career at the Attorney General’s Department as a State Counsel conducting Criminal prosecutions.
