Ayasana Gunasekera

Ayasana joined the EFC in 2018 and is involved in the activities of its EFC Solutions – HR and Legal Unit as well as the EFC Network on Disability. She has experience in conducting Human Resource Compliance Audits, Exit Interviews and Access Audits. She also functions as a trainer at the Disability Resource Center and assists the Manager –Specialised Training and Disability Resource Center in organising national and international training programmes for persons with disabilities. 

Ayasana has received training on Work and Development for Experts and Practitioners (Gender Academy) and on Disability Equality Training (DET) – Training of Facilitators, from the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation (ITC-ILO), Turin Italy and on Sign Language from the EFC. She has also followed an extensions course on Work Study from the Department of Textile and Clothing Technology of University of Moratuwa. She has served KPMG Ford Rhodes, Thornton & Co. Sri Lanka as an intern, prior to joining the EFC.
