Daniel joined the EFC in September 2000 and is primarily engaged in providing strategic advisory services on Labour Laws, Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
He is an experienced Lawyer, having been admitted to the Bar in 1999, and represents member organisations at Labour Tribunals, the Labour Department and at Arbitrations/Industrial Courts.
He is an active Corporate Trainer in subjects including Employment Law, Industrial/Employee Relations, Human Resource Management and Management. He is a certified Management Training Program (MTP) instructor (AOTS Japan), Certified Professional Trainer (MEF- Swinburne, Malaysia) and is a trained Facilitator (ITCILO – Turin). He has also been trained in Japan on Human Resources and Industrial Relations (Nikkeiren and HIDA)
Daniel is also an experienced Negotiator / Facilitator, specilising in dispute resolution and employee exit facilitation/ negotiation.
