Harsha joined the EFC in June 2023 bringing in over 18 years of experience in the Human Resource Management/Operations covering manufacturing, service, retail and KPO/BPO sectors. He has expertise in recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and compensation and benefits administration.

Harsha is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Institute of Management of Sri Lanka.  He is currently reading for a DBA in Business Administration from Lincoln University, Malaysia.
