Kapila has been with the EFC since 1985. He has extensive experience in advising member organisations on Labour/Employment Law and Industrial Relation and in representing member organisations before various fora such as Labour Tribunals, the Labour Department and Arbitrations/Industrial Court.
Kapila was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in the year 1983.
