Santhush has been with the EFC for around eight years and has experience in representing member orgsanisations before various fora such as Labour Tribunals and the Labour Department. He is also involved in providing advice on Labour/Employment Law, Human Resource Management and Industrial/Employee Relations to member organisations. 

Santhush was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2020.
