Sewwandi Jayatunga Wijesekara

Sewwandi is an experienced HR professional. She joined the EFC in 2014 and her expertise includes providing legal opinions and advisory services on Labour/Employment Law, Human Resource Management and Employee Relations, Human Resource Consultancy services including HR Audits and Gender Audits, training on Labour Law, General Management and Human Resource Management and the preparation/review of HR Manuals, Policies and Procedures. 

She counts over 15 years of work experience as an HR practitioner in the private and government sector organisations. Sewwandi was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2007.
