This publication contains the findings of the survey conducted by the EFC to understand the initial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on member companies of the EFC which presently employ approximately 800,000 directly. The initial findings provide an insight into the immediate challenges faced by employers and coping strategies to alleviate their situation with the objective of ensuring business continuity and safeguarding of livelihoods of as many employees as possible.
