The EFC Training arm is specialised in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, Occupational Safety and Health, Management and Supervisory Development Training. They conduct training around the year in those specific areas and also provide customised training solutions to address specific training gaps. Many employees representing different Departments have obtained the EFC’s training and certifications, and we can assuredly state that the knowledge gained through the training has immensely helped them in discharging their routine duties.  The EFC Training stands out from the rest due to its very practical focus and the exposure the trainers have in their areas of training.  As an equal opportunity employer, we often deal with the Specialised Training and Disability Resource Centre of the EFC for inclusive training aimed at persons with disabilities as well.  All the training programmes are crafted and delivered in a manner that has exceeded our expectations.

The EFC Executive Diploma in Employment Relations was a good opportunity to enhance my knowledge about employee relations and labor laws.
