Thilini joined EFC in 2026 and is assigned to the EFC Training and certifications Unit. In addition, she is involved in advising member organizations on labor/employment law and Industrial relations.

Prior to joining EFC, she was attached to Sri Lankan Airlines Limited as a Group Legal Affairs Manager, where she gained experience in corporate legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and contract management. She has also worked as a Junior Counsel, handling litigation and other legal matters. Thilini was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2019.
